Our Phở, pronounced ‘fuh’ is a traditional Vietnamese dish that has been enjoyed for generations. Since its creation by the Chinese in the early 1930s, it has evolved into one of Vietnam’s most beloved foods. Our Phở is made with careful attention to perfect ratio of ingredients and served with a side plate filled with fresh herbs to add as you please.

Bún with lemongrass and chilli. This is a fresh and flavourful version of the traditional Vietnamese noodle dish. We combine vermicelli rice noodles (Bún) with a lemongrass and chilli wok-fried topping, served with fresh herbs, beansprouts, veggie spring roll and peanuts. The noodle dish is served at room temp just like in Vietnam.
